What information do we collect?

I. Data Collection

RealVu does not collect, retain or share any personally identifiable information.

(a) RealVu Tags and RealVu-enabled display advertisements. RealVu is a deterministic viewability technology. We disseminate proprietary RealVu Tags that our licensees place on their web sites in order to enable them to track RealVu Information. Our technology also enables advertisers or advertising agencies to “tag” display advertisements and/or content that are displayed on non-licensee web sites. RealVu Tags and RealVu-enabled display advertisements enable us, whenever RealVu-enabled display advertisements and/or content is delivered to the viewable area of the active internet browser window on the computer or device of an Internet use.

II. Personally Identifiable Information

Personally identifiable information or “PII” refers to data that directly identifies who you are (such as your name and postal address, social security number or other identifying number or code, telephone number, email address) which may be collected in addition to the anonymous data described above. “PII” is not collected in the advertising and content delivery and reporting process.

We may also request additional information relating to our licensees’ web sites, such as page views. The foregoing information is not required in order for you to use and enjoy our web site, but is provided by you on a voluntary basis only in order to become a registered licensee.
We may also collect log-in information, such as account name, user name and user e-mail addresses, of our licensees’ internal users that log-in to access our online Ad Reporting portal. Such user information may be associated with a user’s individual visitation permission and actual visitation activity whether or not he or she is logged-in to our online RealVu Reporting portal at such time.
We do not collect any credit card details that our prospective or approved licensees may provide to our external payment processing vendor(s) for payment of licensing and use fees.
