RealVu is seeking a Programmatic Platform Manager for our growing viewable exchange.

This person would be well versed in many programmatic platforms on both the buy and sell side.  This person would need to have a relatively technical background with a good grasp of programmatic ad ops and an understanding of how to use Data to craft story lines for effective client management.

This position is based in New York, NY.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee operations of the viewable ad exchange
  • Manage Ad Operations and Account Management departments
  • Manage key client relationships
  • Work with marketing personnel
  • Work with CTO and CEO on product and system functionality updates
  • Oversight of pipeline calendar and inventory goals.
  • Present growth and revenue reports to CEO
  • Oversee the updating and produce technical handbooks and implementation documents.
  • Coordinate with product development team to provide assistance in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues.
  • Prioritizes tasks as deemed important by the team
  • Proactively respond to team members (phone, email, IM)
  • Understand and follow MRC and IAB guidelines and procedures

Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3-4 years’ experience in an Ad Operations Exchange environment preferred
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Experience working with ad exchanges
  • Experience working with DSPs and trading desks
  • Experience working with digital publishers

Additional Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript
  • Experience working with various ad networks and exchanges, and implementing passback strategies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Advertising Operations Manager

Job description

RealVu is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and dynamic Ad Operations specialist to join their team.  In this position, you will be responsible for a range of activities that will help RealVu customers deliver and sell in view ad units, in addition to preventing fraud and delivering MRC accredited viewable impression metrics. These activities include configuration, trafficking, and monitoring campaigns in the RealVu platform in addition to developing reports for clients and accounting team.

This position is based in New York, NY.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring websites are promptly on boarded and monitored as needed.
  • Providing support for all issues related to delivery, performance, billing reconciliation and invoicing.
  • Work directly with account managers to satisfy clients.
  • Create detailed weekly reporting, including performance summary and optimization recommendations for viewable campaigns.
  • Monitor campaigns throughout life cycle and communicate with account managers and directors with any issues.
  • Optimizing campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance.
  • Oversight of pipeline calendar and inventory goals.
  • Update and produce technical handbooks and implementation documents.
  • Coordinate with product development team to provide assistance in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an Ad Operations Publisher or Network environment preferred
  • Experience using third party ad code/tags.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Superb general troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and excellent listening skills.
  • Strong project management, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Self-starter, highly focused on live campaigns and performance.
  • Strong organizational, verbal and analytic skills.
  • Ability to multitask and effective resolution management in a fast paced environment.
  • Dedicated student who will study all aspects of viewablity becoming an expert in the space.

RealVu, has an immediate opening for an Account Manager with Digital Marketing Practice Area experience. We are seeking talented and experienced people to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about digital marketing and technology and have excellent interpersonal and account management skills. The Account Manager position supports the Director Of Viewable Exchange and oversees multiple client accounts while ensuring user base growth and meeting strategic objectives. The Account Manager should have experience in digital marketing with a focus on the sell/publisher side, including display media, mobile, video and programmatic buying.

This position is based in New York, NY.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients
  • Maintain client relationships
